Terms and conditions of hire
All payments to be made before delivery of the bin.
Delivery and collection can be anytime between 7am and 5pm
Prices includes GST and 7-day hire, extra days hire are charged at $10.00 per day.
Orders
Once your order has been received and confirmed by S N and C B Hindman Ltd T/A Waikato Skip Bins, you will be bound by a contract to purchase the services requested by that order, subject to your rights to cancel and/or vary the order set out in these terms and conditions either verbally or in writing.
Pick up
Should you require a change in the agreed date for the pickup of your bin, you must notify S N and C B Hindman Ltd T/A Waikato Skip Bins office with enough notice (24 hours) to prevent an unnecessary trip to your site. Failure to do so may incur an additional charge.
Fees and charges
Any overweight bins are charged at 25 cents per kg, overweight charges are due by the date on the invoice.
Call out fees, hazardous or toxic waste disposal and rubbish disposal fees for cleanfill/hardfill charges are due by the date on the invoice.
Please note that once the invoice goes overdue for 30 days it will have a $20.00 late fee penalty added to the invoice and it will be passed onto debt collectors at your expense.
Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by S N and C B Hindman Ltd T/A Waikato Skip Bins in recovery or attempted recovery of overdue money, including credit , debt collection agency and/or solicitors costs, shall be paid by you in full.

For general waste bin
Do not put in soil, concrete and bricks or anything of that nature.
If you have these items, we have specific clean fill and hard fill bins for hire. Call or email us for this option.
We do not accept hazardous waste, this includes solvents, paints, oils, asbestos, acids, batteries grease traps ect. If you are unsure, please give us a call.
Do not light fires in the bin.
Only load the bin to the top edge, not heaped or mounded.
Anything above the top edge will be removed at the discretion of the driver.
The contents of the skip bin are your responsibility, if any hazardous waste is found you will be charged for the disposal. We reserve the right to return any waste to your property if we cannot dispose of it and an additional travel fee of $80 will be charged. We do not accept tyres. Any tyres found will be charged at $20.00 per tyre.
For cleanfill and hardfill bin.
Do not mix any rubbish, household waste, green waste or toxic waste in with the Cleanfill or Hardfill.
Do not light fires in the bin.
All fill must be non toxic and contain no household waste or anything that will harm the environment.
Any rubbish mixed in will incur extra charges as they will not be accepted at the clean fill site. Delivery and Access
You will be responsible for clear access to and from the delivery site and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for the delivery, placement and removal of the bin. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface. If access is blocked on arrival, the return visit will incur an additional travel charge of $80.00.
Do not move the skip without consent. If you require your skip to be moved Waikato Skip Bins can do so with the charge of $80.00.
If the skip is not accessible if you or your contractor have moved without our consent and Waikato Skip Bins cannot access the skip, there will be an additional charge.
Waikato Skip Bins will always endeavour to place the bin in a reasonable position within the bounds of where the delivery truck can manoeuvre.
Pricing
The price of the services are in $NZD and is the price quoted at the time of placing your purchase order, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Waikato Skip Bins. Prices quoted are based on the delivery address which you advise at the time of the order, and Waikato Skip Bins reserves the right to vary prices if the delivery address changes.
Cancellation Policy
You will be entitled to cancel or vary an order provided that Waikato Skip Bins receives notice of variation or cancellation no less than 24 hours before the agreed delivery date.
If you change your mind about the delivery date once the bin has been delivered and you have failed to notify us with no less than 24 hours an $80.00 travel fee will be charged.
